All Terms & Conditions and Policies stated here are subjected to change without notice by Saltyskins Sdn Bhd. By purchasing a product, you agree and accept the following Terms & Conditions and Policies stated here.

Campaigner: Create and Sell

Launch allows Campaigners to create campaigns and sell custom apparel through those campaigns. Following are specific obligations concerning the initiation of any campaign. Campaign that violates the Terms & Condition might to terminate, delay or modify the campaign in our discretion by us.

Campaign, Campaign Period, Pre-Order

Campaigns are a temporary store that are launched to collect pre-orders during the Campaign period. Hence, all campaigns has a campaign period of 14 days. The Campaign Period is the duration that a product is available for purchase.

During this period, orders are only qualified as a pre-order, which means that order placed are pre-orders. When a Campaign Period ends and meeting campaign Minimum Order Quantity requirements, we will consolidate and process the orders accordingly .

Minimum Order Quantity

There is a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirement of 50 pieces for each campaign. When a campaign reaches the MOQ requirement your campaign is considered a Successful Campaign which means the orders from the campaign will proceed for manufacturing/printing and shipping it out after and you will be able to request for a payout.

In the event that your campaign did not reach the MOQ requirements which is considered an Unsuccessful Campaign, the campaign will be cancelled and all the orders will be refunded.

Payout

Payout will only be applicable for Successful Campaigns. Successful Campaigns are referred to campaigns that meet the MOQ requirements. Payout can be requested through the Campaign Dashboard.

In the event that your campaign ends within the 1st and 3rd week of the month, your payout for the campaign will be issued at the end of each month. However, if your campaign ends on the 4th or the 5th week of the month, your payout will be issued at the end of the following month.

Please note that your payout might be subjected to 6% Service Tax in Malaysia.

Artwork

Your artwork must be in the following formats: Total artwork colors allowed on the T-Shirt is 5 colors regardless if it’s on the Front or Back of the T-Shirt. The artwork needs be in A3 size with a minimum resolution of 1000 pixels in jepg, png, jpg of file formats. Sleeve prints are not available at this point. If you wish for your design to be smaller, please leave white space within the A3 box.

We reserve the right to reject any artwork that is not suitable for print, including but not limit to, over colour limit, gradient colour, a photo image, infringement of any copyright, trademarks or other right that allegedly have been infringed, including proof of ownership (such as copies of subsisting trademark or copyright registrations).

All designs and artwork submission shall be subjected to unrestricted usage of these submissions for the any purpose, commercial or otherwise, on any platform or channel without acknowledgement or compensation to you.

Campaign Period
The Campaign Period is the duration that a product is available for purchase. When a Campaign Period ends, we will consolidate the orders and manufacture/print them accordingly.

Customer: Buying and Services

Launch allows Customers to browse and buy customised T-Shirts from campaigns. Following are the specific terms and conditions for a customer in using Launch services. In any event of an issue occured with a T-Shirt, it must be highlighted to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Minimum Order Quantity
A Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 50 pieces has to be met for each campaign in order for us to process and fulfill the orders for the campaign. If the campaign did not reach the MOQ when the campaign ended, all orders in the campaign will be refunded accordingly.
Payment

Your payments are capture by our Payout Gateway partner and is encrypted. We do not store or hold any of your credit card details with us.

Please note that your orders might be subjected to 6% Service Tax if delivery address is within Malaysia.

Changing Order Information
You can only change your order information before the Campaign Period ends. No changes can be made to your order after the Campaign Period has ended.
Manufacturing and Printing

We only start manufacturing/printing our products after the Campaign Period ends with a MOQ of 50 pieces. We take 10 - 12 business days to manufacture/print before dispatching all orders.

We do a Print-on-Demand model, this means that manufacturing/printing of our products starts after the Campaign Period.

In any event that you have placed an order for a campaign that did not meet the MOQ, you will be refunded accordingly.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via (International) Economy Post. Shipping times vary according to country and destination, and is subjected to customs clearance. In the process of producing your customised product, it may take up to 35 business days to reach you, including production time.

Once your order is shipped, a Tracking Code will be sent to you via email. If you did not receive a Tracking Code, please contact us at support@saltycustoms.com
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box. If your order is returned to us due to PO Box, you are subjected to a delivery fee to re-deliver your order.

We work with several logistics vendors around the world to ship all our orders. If you require additional information about the shipping of your order, please contact our Logistics Partner or your local Post Office using the tracking number. Contact information can be found in the tracking link sent to you.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If a delivery is unsuccessful, a Delivery Note will be left at your address. You may refer to the Delivery Note and collect your order at your local Post Office or Facility (subject to various Post Office opening hours and terms and conditions).

All orders must be collected within 7 days from the date stated on the Delivery Note. All uncollected orders will be returned to Saltycustoms offices in Singapore or Malaysia.

You can choose to collect your order from our office, or request for a re-delivery once it is returned to Saltycustoms office . All re-deliveries will incur additional Shipping charges, and may takes up to 30 business days for delivery.

Exchange/Return Policy

Currently, we do not accept any exchanges or returns.

You may cancel your order and/or change your product (to one of the same value) before the Campaign Period ends.

Upon verification and approval, we will issue you a refund or replace your product. Please read our Refund Policy and Replacement Policy below.

Refund Policy

You must highlight an issue to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Any requests after 14 days will not be approved. Upon verification and approval, all refunds will be issued within 3 business days.

Defective/Damaged Products
If your product is defective or damaged, please send us photos of your product as proof and we will review your case. Upon verification and approval, we will issue you a refund of your order.

Order Cancellation
You can only cancel your order before the Campaign Period ends. Any requests after the Campaign Period ends will not be approved. Upon verification and approval, we will issue you a refund of your order.

Replacement Policy

You must highlight an issue to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Any requests after 14 days will not be approved. Upon approval, replacements will take up to 30 working days to be delivered.

Wrong Size or Design
If you receive the wrong size or design, please contact us and we will review your case. Upon verification and approval, a replacement will be sent to you.

Missing Items
If your order has been delivered and there are missing items, please contact us and we will review your case. Upon verification and approval, a replacement will be sent to you.

Lost Shipment
If your order is lost or undelivered after 30 days from dispatch, please contact us and we will review your case. Upon verification and approval, a replacement will be sent to you.
